Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada — including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and beyond. For large items like the Razer Grazer, please contact us for a custom shipping quote to your area.
How much does shipping cost?
For small items like the Zammer Handle, we offer flat rates. Larger products have custom shipping quotes depending on your location.
How fast can I get it?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best!
How do I pay?
For high-value systems, payment is arranged with Lee directly (wire, cheque, or e-transfer). Smaller accessories can be ordered online. If you’re purchasing both, we’ll bundle everything into your custom quote for convenience.
Can I mix accessories with a custom quote?

We’re based in Armstrong, in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. We ship throughout Canada.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or returns on purchases. However, certain items may include a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the product. If you experience any issues, we’re happy to help you confirm warranty coverage and guide you through the next steps.
Do you have a pick-up option?
Yes, free pickup is available in Armstrong, BC. Please contact us first to confirm availability of your items.
Can you help with installation?
Yes, if you need help with your installation, give us a call and we’ll give you advice no problem. If you need a custom, fully installed system, we offer that on a limited basis, so mention it on your quote form and we can see how we can help!
