How frequently does the ear tag update the livestock location?
The GPS ear tags are pre-set to report once every 12 hours. If you need more frequent updates (up to every 6 hours), just let us know when ordering and we’ll adjust them before shipping.
How long does a GPS ear tag last?
Each tag is built to last for 3 years. After that, the battery and electronics will need to be replaced.
How do I track my livestock’s location?
You can monitor animal movement using the ear tag dashboard online or the mobile app — available on both Apple and Android devices.
Do I need tags on all my animals?
Not necessarily. For full coverage, yes — but many ranchers choose to tag only their high-value or lead animals like bulls.
Does the tracking app work on any smartphone?
Yes — the app works on all iOS and Android devices.
Can I get alerts if my livestock leave a pasture?
Yes. You can set custom pasture boundaries and receive alerts by SMS or email if an animal breaches the area.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada — including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and beyond. For large items like the Razer Grazer, please contact us for a custom shipping quote to your area.
How much does shipping cost?
For small items like the GPS ear tags, we offer flat rates. Larger products have custom shipping quotes depending on your location.
How fast can I get it?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best!
How do I pay?
For high-value systems, payment is arranged with Lee directly (wire, cheque, or e-transfer). Smaller accessories can be ordered online. If you’re purchasing both, we’ll bundle everything into your custom quote for convenience.
